Where do we ship?

Right now we only ship within Canada. We are currently working on shipping to the US. Please contact directly info@wildflowerstea.com for shipments to the U.S./International

ALL SHIPPING IS DONE VIA Courier Plus. We have tried our best to source the most economical way for you to enjoy Wildflowers Tea delivered right to your door. There is a flat rate in two catagories, based on weight.

If you live in the St Thomas/Port Stanley area, please email me directly info@wildflowerstea.com, to work out a personal delivery!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

It is very important that the address you have listed via Paypal is where you would like your merchandised shipped. Wildflowers Tea is not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect address. Paypal has a simple way to update your address, which can be done upon logging in.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

We hope you will love your tea and accessories as much as we do! Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available on our tea. However, we understand if the glass products are not to your satisfaction, we will provide an exchange or store credit within seven days of receipt of your package. Shipment of returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
